What are your showroom hours?
We are located at 2390 Franklin Road in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Bloomfield Party Rentals is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm. If your schedule does not allow you to visit us at these times, please contact the sales department to schedule an appointment that will meet your needs. What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and, 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. However, we do understand that many locations, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations and pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged additional fees.


Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
We do have minimum orders amounts that vary by location. Please contact our office for details. We service many places throughout Michigan including the entire Metro Detroit area including Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. We frequently deliver to Auburn Hills, Berkley, Beverley Hills, Bingham Farms, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Twp, Clarkston, Clawson, Commerce Twp., Davisburg, Detroit, Drayton Plains, Dryden, Farmington Hills, Ferndale, Franklin, Hadley, Hazel Park, Highland, Holly, Huntington Woods, Independence Twp., Keego Harbor, Lake Angelus, Lake Orion, Lakeville, Lathrup Village, Leonard, Madison Heights, Metamora, Milford, Novi, Oakland Twp., Oak Park, Orchard Lake, Orion Twp., Ortonville, Oxford, Pheasant Ridge, Pontiac, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Romeo, Royal Oak, Royal Oak Twp, Southfield, Southfield Twp, Sylvan Lake, Troy, Union Lake, Walled Lake, Waterford Twp., West Bloomfield Twp., White Lake, White Lake Twp., Wixom, and Wolverine Lake.


Do your driver's set-up the equipment?
Our staff will be glad to set-up and take down all heavy equipment at an additional charge. All tents and tent equipment are installed by Bloomfield Party Rentals at no additional cost.


What size tents / canopies do you rent?
Bloomfield Party Rentals vast inventory is comprised of tents as small as 9' x 10' up to 100' x 200' and greater. Canopies and frame tents are available in bright white. We can meet all of your tenting needs from hard to soft surfaces, chandeliers to colored spot lights, sides to heaters and carpet. For your graduation, wedding, corporate picnic, grand opening or open house, please call us to discuss your tenting needs!


Can you put tents on concrete, decks and other hard surfaces?
Yes, we can be very creative. We install tents in places that you wouldn't think possible.


Can someone visit my home or event site?
Bloomfield Party Rental�s staff of event coordinators will be glad to visit your site in preparation for your event. We also offer site surveys for all of your tenting needs at no additional cost. We can create a scaled drawing of your event so that you will know exactly what your area will accommodate. Please contact us at 248-332-4700 to setup an appointment.


What type of tableware do you have?
We carry a huge variety of china in several different patterns, sizes, shapes and colors. We also offer several choices of glass plates in different sizes. You may view many of our items on the �Rental Products� page of our web site.


What type of linen do you carry?
Our linen selection is vast. We offer linen in 36 different solid colors and 12 different sizes. We also carry a huge selection of specialty linen to enhance the theme of your graduation, wedding or any special event. You may view all of these linens on the �Rental Products� page of our web site.


Am I responsible for washing the dishes, silverware and linens?
Tableware arrives to you washed, rinsed and sanitized ready for use. We ask that all dishes, silverware, serving platters, etc. be rinsed free of food and placed back into their appropriate containers. Please do not place soiled linens inside a plastic bag as this will cause them to mildew. All items should be placed in one location for pickup.


What are your payment terms?
Bloomfield Party Rentals requires a credit card and deposit to reserve any rentals items. Payments can be made on delivery via credit card, cash or check. If we do not receive payment upon delivery, the credit card provided at the time of your reservation will be charged.


How is your rental rate determined?
We allow one day for delivery, one day for your event and one day for pickup. Longer rental rates are available if you have multiple events. Please contact Bloomfield party Rentals for details.


How far in advance do we need to place a reservation?
It depends on what you need and what time of year you will need it. The earlier the better for availability purposes.


What if there is a problem and it is after hours?
Bloomfield Party Rentals offers a 24 hour, 7 day a week on call service for clients with current orders. In the event that there is a problem, call our office at (248)332-4700 and leave a message. Our staff is always on call..
